Under the following conditions, TusTash will provide high satisfaction return service
- Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new and intake.
- Final sale, Bulk amount (above 5 units of the same product), Clearance, Event sale items are not returnable.
- Exchange, refunds must be made within 14 days since the customer has received products (delivered date).
- The original shipping cost is not refundable. (If it is our shipping mistakes, the full cost will be refundable).
- If there are any signs that the products are tried or used, return/refund will be denied.
- If the delivery fails caused by the customer’s mistakes, then there will be a re-shipping fee on the customer, and if the customer wants to get a refund of the order, the original shipping cost won’t be returnable. (e.g. incomplete address, wrong information of the recipient, etc.)
Under any circumstances, the following items are not returnable (Manufacturer defects are exception)
- All unsealed hair and skincare products.
- Any Food or health related Items
- Cosmetics
- Jewelry
- Electronic devices
How to get an Exchange or Refund
Step1. Contact our online Customer Service by e-mail (customercare@tushtash.com)
*Detail explanations/pictures will be required for processing exchanges/refund.
Step2. Once your return request approved, please send the items back to us. When we get the product on our hand then we will check and based on the condition, we will approve the refund.
*Return shipping cost will be charged on customers.

NOTE: If the packaging or product has been damaged, please contact our customer support team (customercare@tushtash.com). Please do not send it back to us before you claim it. There will be an extra charge for re-shipping the items.
